Senate approves amendments to private business laws

ASTANA. June 18. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Senate of the Kazakh Parliament has approved the draft law ?On introduction of amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on private enterprise?, Kazinform correspondent reports.
According to Vice Minister of Industry and Trade Almas Kossynov, the draft law is called to improve the governmental control and regulation of private business entities.
The state control will be performed as preventive inspections. The rules and procedures of the control will be prescribed by the Private Enterpreneurship Law.
The ratification of the amendments will promote social and economic development of the state as a whole.
