Senate approves amendments to accounting and National bank laws

ASTANA. June 18. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ At the plenary session the Senate of the Kazakh Parliament approved the amendments to the Law ?On amendments to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on improvement of legislation of payments, money remittance, accounting and financial statements of financial organizations, banking activity and the National Bank?.
The draft Law is to regulate the activity of the National Bank, its functions and power as well as other state agencies and financial organizations. The draft Law also regulates the legal relations in payments and money remittance, accounting, financial statements and banking activity.
