Senate adopted amendment to law on guaranteed transfer from National Fund for 2012-2014

ASTANA. March 15. KAZINFORM The Kazakh Senate adopted an amendment to the Law "On guaranteed transfer from the National Fund for 2012-2014" at the plenary meeting of the Parliament.
The bill was worked out taking into account the changes in the concept of formation and usage of the National Fund means. This amendment provides for increasing the guaranteed transfer from the National Fund by KZT 180 billion (15%) up to KZT 1 trillion 380 billion in 2012-2013. Presenting the bill Kazakh Minister of Economic Development and Trade Bakytzhan Sagintayev noted that innovation is the possibility to adjust the volume of the guaranteed transfer to the national budget downwards or upwards up to 15% depending on the economic situation.
