"Dear friends! Today I have invited you as the President and the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces to present you with the state awards on the eve of the Defender of the Motherland Day and the Victory Day. Here we have military men, officers of the law-enforcement agencies and those who risked their lives and health to save other people's lives," President Nazarbayev said. The Head of State stressed that ‘these people not only do their job, but also honorably fulfill their civil duty and set a bright example for the youngsters.'
