SEIN - «National Association for the Promotion of Industry» (Société d' Encouragement pour l'Industrie Nationale) -was established in 1801 by decree of Napoleon Bonaparte. It served as the main lever of economic recovery and the creation of new industries.

The decision to award has been made ​​by the organizing committee of the international competition in France. The ceremony will be held on December 18 in the hall of " Lumiere" in Paris.
