Secretary Kerry wishes happy Eid al-Fitr to Muslims of Kazakhstan

ASTANA. August 8. KAZINFORM The Foreign Affairs Ministry of Kazakhstan has received a letter from United States Secretary of State John Kerry in which the latter congratulates all Muslims of Kazakhstan on the end of the holy month of Ramadan, the press service of the Kazakh MFA said.
"On behalf of the people of the United States, it is my pleasure to send our warmest wishes to Muslims of the world celebrating Eid al-Fitr in accordance with their rich traditions. This celebration of family values, mercifulness and peace reminds us of common values that bind us all," the letter reads.
Secretary Kerry expressed hope for further fruitful cooperation between the two nations and wished Kazakhstan happy Eid al-Fitr holiday.
