Sec of State instructed Culture Ministry

Kazakh Secretary of State Mukhtar Kul-Mukhammed has made it public at a board meeting of the Kazakh Ministry of Culture and Information.

"It is necessary to form a new media matrix, which will meet the scale of the modernization of the whole country, the whole economy. In this connection the Ministry should focus on implementation of 10 key directions of socio-economic modernization set in the President's Address, it should become a main stream of the information space of the country. The coverage of the President's Message should be meaningful and innovative. The Ministry is a main operator of this work," M.Kul-Mukhammed said.

He also noted that not only the state media, but also private ones, which receive state orders, as well as NGOs that cooperate with the state, should be involved in this work.
