SCO Internal Affairs Ministers to meet in Astana

ASTANA. April 25. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ The second meeting of the Ministers of Internal Affairs and Public Security of the SCO member states will be held on April 28 in Astana. Kazakh Foreign Ministry spokesman Askar Abdrakhmanov said it at the briefing in Astana.
The heads of the Secretariat and the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure of the SCO, representatives from observer states such as India, Iran, Mongolia, Pakistan and the SCO dialogue partners - Belarus and Sri-Lanka are also to take part in the meeting.
"The sides will discuss the situation regarding joining efforts to combat crime, drug trafficking and illegal migration," A. Abdrakhmanov said.
