SCO and CICA secretariats ink MoU

SHANGHAI. KAZINFORM The Secretariat of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) have signed today the memo of mutual understanding.
The parties confirmed readiness to widen mutual benefit and constructive cooperation in ensuring regional security and stability, war on terrorism and drug trafficking. The event is dated to the IV Summits of Heads of State and Heads of Government of the CICA member states underway in Shanghai.
