Saudi Arabia to host world's largest pharma exhibition 'CPHI Middle East' in December

Saudi Arabia will host the global pharmaceutical exhibition, CPHI Middle East, at the Riyadh Front Exhibition and Convention Center from December 10 to 12, bringing together representatives from over 100 countries, more than 150 speakers, and 400 exhibitors from leading local and international pharmaceutical companies, SPA reports.

Supported by the Ministry of Health, the exhibition will gather global experts, healthcare professionals, researchers, and innovators to discuss the future landscape of pharmaceuticals, innovation, and the latest advancements in the health and pharmaceutical sector. The event, expected to draw more than 30,000 visitors, aims to facilitate international cooperation, exchange expertise, and establish Saudi Arabia as a key player in the global pharmaceutical industry.

CPHI Middle East stands as the largest pharmaceutical event in the Middle East and Africa, promoting innovation in the sector. Throughout the three-day exhibition, industry leaders, drug experts, and companies of various sizes meet to network, form partnerships, and collaborate with major regional pharmaceutical firms, local manufacturers, and international suppliers.

By hosting this global exhibition, Saudi Arabia reinforces its role in the regional and international healthcare and pharmaceutical arenas, aligning with the goals of Vision 2030. The Kingdom is poised to become a key global hub for biotechnology, with a comprehensive plan to achieve self-sufficiency in vaccine production, biomanufacturing, and genomics.
