Samodelkina of Kazakhstan 4th in women's figure skating event at 2025 Asian Winter Games
Kazakhstan’s representative Sofya Samodelkina missed out on a bronze medal in the women's singles free skating event at the 2025 Asian Winter Games in Harbin, China, Kazinform News Agency cites the National Olympic Committee.
Samodelkina of Kazakhstan scored 188.43 points overall to finish 4th in the women’s singles free skating competition at the Asian Winter Games in Harbin, China.
Kim Chae-yeon of South Korea got the gold with 219.44 points. Kaori Sakamoto and Hana Yoshida of Japan were in second and third places with 211.90 and 205.20 points, respectively.
Another Kazakhstani Sofiya Farafonova posted the score of 125.27 points to rank 10th.
Earlier, Samodelkina came in 4th in the women’s short program of the figure skating event at the ongoing Asian Winter Games.
