S Korea supports Kazakhstan's bid to host EXPO-2017: Nazarbayev

ASTANA. September 13. KAZINFORM South Korea will support Kazakhstan's bid to host EXPO-2017 in Astana, Kazakhstan's President Nursultan Nazarbayev said after his meeting with his counterpart from South Korea Lee Myung-bak on Thursday in Akorda Presidential Residence.
"Together with the South Korean companies we will extract rare-earth metals in exchange for new technologies. South Korea prides on having one of the most advanced technologies in the Asian and Pacific region," N. Nazarbayev added.
The Kazakh Leader also noted that South Korea always supported Kazakhstan's initiatives, for instance, CICA.
