Russian woman fined for violation of migration rules

According to the press service of the regional court of Kostanay, a 60-year-old citizen of the Russian Federation stayed illegally on the territory of Kazakhstan for about two years. In June 2012, she entered the Republic of Kazakhstan through the checkpoint "Kondybai" in Zhitikara region. She had to leave the country by October 2012. As it turned out the woman had a blood-stroke and was admitted to a hospital where she remained until February 2014. However, she did not exhibit any supporting documents. The court has made a decision and compelled the defendant to pay KZT 74,080 fine for violating migration rules.
