Russian Tomsk and Kazakh National Biotechnology Center to sign cooperation Memo

TOMSK. April 5. KAZINFORM Deputy Governor of Tomsk Region Aleksey Knyazev and Director General of the National Center for Biotechnologies of Kazakhstan will sign Memorandum on Cooperation and Strategic Partnership Agreement.
In addition, Kazakh partners will visit Universities of Tomsk, scientific-research institutes and innovation enterprisers, working in the sphere of biotechnologies and also "Tomsk" special economic area of technology development character.
