Russian man detained in Kazakhstan for smuggling ferrous metal

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - A Russian man has tried to smuggle 16 tons of ferrous metal from Kazakhstan, Kazinform has learned from the Frontier Service of the National Security Committee.
The Kazakh border patrol detained the 55-year-old citizen of the Russian Federation who tried to transport 16 tons of ferrous metal in a KamAZ truck from Kazakhstan to Russia. An investigation has been launched.
