Russian, Kyrgyz First Vice PMs met in Moscow

BISHKEK. April 12. KAZINFORM /Arnur Rakhymbekov/ First Vice Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Igor Shuvalov met with his Kyrgyz counterpart Omurbek Babanov in Moscow.
The parties discussed the bilateral economic relations and development of integration ties between the Russian Federation and Kyrgyzstan including the accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Customs Union.
Omurbek Babanov told the Russian side that the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic had approved the decision on establishment of the interdepartmental committee on the country's accession to the Customs Union and the single economic space of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan. Babanov handed the text of the Kyrgyz Government's decision to Shuvalov. Russia's First Vice PM, in turn, said "it was an important step towards mutual integration".
