Russian 7-year-old steals car, hits 2 kids – police

NIZHNY NOVGOROD. July 6. KAZINFORM A 7-year-old boy in central Russia noticed a Toyota sitting in a parking lot with the windows down and the key in the ignition, so he decided to take it for a ride, police said Friday.
However, the boy, who was visiting a relative in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia's fifth-largest city, managed to drive the Toyota Avensis only a few meters before plowing into a few other cars and running over a girl and a boy about his age, local traffic police said in a statement, adding that the injured children were in stable condition.
