Russia to hold joint anti-terror drill with NATO

MOSCOW. June 2. KAZINFORM Russia and NATO will hold a joint anti-terror drill beginning Monday, a government spokesman said Wednesday; Kazinform refers to China Daily.
Nikolai Sintsov, spokesman for the Russian National Antiterrorism Committee (NAC), said the four-day drill will be Russia and NATO's first joint exercise in countering air terrorism.
"Russian and NATO fighter aircraft will take part in the Vigilant Sky-2011 counterterrorist exercise - a joint demonstration of the Cooperative Airspace Initiative (CAI) of the NATO-Russia Council," he said; Kazinform cites China Daily.
