Russia to give $20 million aid to Kyrgyzstan

BISHKEK. September 16. KAZINFORM Russia will give 20-million-dollar free aid to Kyrgyzstan EMERCOM, an official in the press service of the Kyrgyz Head of State told Itar-Tass on Thursday; Kazinform refers to ITAR-TASS.

The press service official said, "Special-purpose machinery -- 40 trucks -- will be delivered to Kyrgyzstan from Russia through EMERCOM soon. It is planned that technical assistance worth $20 million will be rendered before the end of this year".

Such an accord has been reached during a meeting in the Kyrgyz city of Osh between Duishenkul Chotonov, Kyrgyz EMERCOM head, and Valery Shuikov, Deputy Director of the Russian EMERCOM department for international activities, press service staff members say; Kazinform cites ITAR-TASS.
