Russia to agree draft Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union with Belarus and Kazakhstan before April 17

ST PETERSBURG. January 13. KAZINFORM - Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has instructed the Foreign Ministry and the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia until April 17, 2014 to harmonize the draft treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union with Belarus and Kazakhstan, according to the press service of the Russian cabinet.

"Russian Foreign Ministry (S. Lavrov) and the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia ( A.Yulyukaev) to ensure the approval of the draft treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union by Belarus and Kazakhstan and preparation of the draft federal law on the ratification of the treaty. Deadline is April 17, 2014", the order reads.

According to the press service of the Russian government, the MFA and the Ministry of Economic Development should report to the President of Russia with relevant documentation on the results of the assignment completion.
