Russia?s Transneft starts building Baltic Pipeline System-2

UNECHA. June 11. KAZINFORM Russia?s oil pipeline monopoly Transneft started constructing the Baltic Pipeline System-2 (BPS-2) on Wednesday, the business news agency Prime-TASS said; Kazinform refers to ITAR-TASS.
According to earlier reports, the project's cost is estimated at between 120 billion rubles and 130 billion rubles.
The BPS-2 oil pipeline will run from the town of Unecha in the Bryansk Region to the Baltic Sea port of Ust-Luga in the Leningrad Region; Kazinform cites ITAR-TASS.
