Russia’s school pupils to have e-diaries from 2012 - Fursenko

TVER. July 8. KAZINFORM Russia's Minister of Education and Science Andrei Fursenko told President Dmitry Medvedev that from 2012 all school pupils would have electronic diaries, Kazinform refers to Itar-Tass.
"There are several programmes ready now, and we analyse and test them," he said at he presidential Council on the development of information society on Thursday.
"This is not a complicated project to implement, since almost every school has its own site with an option to activate a diary," Medvedev said. "However, personal data should be protected thoroughly", Kazinform cites Itar-Tass. See www.itar-tass.com
