Russia’s observes see no violations at Kazakhstan’s election

ASTANA. April 4. KAZINFORM A group of international observers of Russia's Central Elections Commission has not fixed any violations over the early presidential election in Kazakhstan, Deputy Head of Russia's Central Elections Commission and the head of the group Stanislav Vavilov said on Sunday, Russian Agency ITAR-TASS reports.
The observers had all necessary conditions for their work, he said.
"We did not meet any limitations," he continued. "Even location for the observes at voting stations were made so that they could watch all election actions."
Vavilov stressed that the youth participated actively in the election. It made about a third of all voters, and most of them came to the stations in the very morning. Kazakhstan's voting starts an hour earlier, than in Russia - at 7 am.
The head of the group appreciated qualification of local election commissions. "It is evident they have been trained very well".
