"The Russian side is interested in Kazakhstan's experience since we have already formulated our strategy for post-crisis development, namely, the 2020 Development Strategy, the State Program of Forced Industrial-Innovative Development approved by the President", the Vice Minister noted.
According to him, the majority of the mechanisms applied by Kazakhstan today were developed in crisis period. These are the mechanisms of state procurement, the measures on raising the domestic content, effective management of natural resources as well as establishment of new productions in the country. These measures are still under discussion in Russia today.
"The programs of forced industrialization, creation of jobs and enhancement of Kazakhstan export are being implemented to date. Despite the differences in scales of both countries economies the instruments required for post-crisis development are universal and can be applied in neighbor countries. That is why Kazakhstan's experience is of great experience for Russia in many aspects", Bishimbayev stressed.
