Russia and Kazakhstan intend to coop in development of electronic educational resources
The sides discussed modern electronic educational resources and next generation technologies.
As A.Fursenko noted, the electronic educational resources development is faster than seems to be. The internet and informational-communicational technologies are the instruments of audience impact.
"Today saying "a textbook" we imply that it is not necessarily a book, educational materials are transformed into electronic versions. We must focus on making the access to new electronic educational resources as simple as possible", A.Fursenko said.
Z.Tuimebayev agreed with his Russian colleague and said that the main goal today is to provide every school student with a computer. In this regard, the Minister expressed his suggestion.
"We have developed the State Program of Education Development till 2020 and one of its directions is development of electronic education. We need to provide schools with computers for it. We decided to conduct an experiment. A monitor and processor are necessary for computer's proper work. But if 30 monitors are connected to one processor it is possible to provide a class-room with computers", Z.Tuimebayev said.
Besides, the Kazakh Minister expressed hope that "single interactive studio of the CIS" allowing Kazakh teachers to share experience with their Russian colleagues will be established between Kazakhstan and Russia in the nearest future.
