Rural outpatient clinic opens in W Kazakhstan

West Kazakhstan allocated 1 billion 733 million tenge for capital repairs of 22 healthcare facilities. Six of them were renovated as part of the Auyl-el besigi project. Repair works were concluded at 18 facilities, Kazinform News Agency cites the West Kazakhstan region’s akimat.

An outpatient clinic opened its doors in the village of Burlin, Burlin district, with a population of 4,000.

According to deputy governor Tlepbergen Kayupov, the region allotted 92 billion tenge for the healthcare system. 5.5 billion was spent on medical equipment. 204 units of medical equipment have been purchased so far.

Besides, the authorities donated a new ambulance to the outpatient clinic.
