Rural area residents received over 3.7 thousand micro credits in 2012
Over the period of the program implementation, the Fund extended 66662 micro credits for rural area residents worth 17.9 billion tenge. This includes 3732 micro credits extended last year, the press service of the Fund informs.
According to the information provided by the Fund, 71695 people were employed, 383 thousand heads of cattle were purchased and over 52 thousand ha of land was sown at the expense of allocated money.
Thus, 90.7% of micro credits extended in 2012 were used for livestock farming development, 2.3% of credits - for crop husbandry and 7% for the other types of business.
Totally, the Fund allocated 11.2 billion tenge for support of rural area residents and agricultural manufacturers within the framework of different program last year.
