Road accident kills 2, injures 8 in S Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - October 12 at around 2 p.m. a traffic accident occurred on the 775 km of "Almaty-Tashkent-Termez" road.
It should be noted that the tragedy took place not far from the village called Kazygurt, South Kazakhstan region. According to preliminary data, a driver of Opel Vectra lost steering control, drove into the oncoming lane and made a head-on collision with Daewoo Nexia. As a result of the accident 2 people have died on the spot and 8 have been injured. Accident-hit persons were admitted to the nearest hospital. The investigation is underway.
