Road accident in Akmola region claims lives of two

ASTANA - KOKSHETAU. KAZINFORM - Road accident occurred on Yekaterinburg-Almaty highway in Akmola region.
The traffic accident took place on February 9 at 08:49 a.m. on 1340 km of Yekaterinburg-Almaty motorway. According to witnesses, a driver of Opel Vectra car lost steering control and drove into the oncoming lane where the vehicle head collided with KAMAZ truck. As a result, the driver and one passenger of the car have died at the scene. Another passenger with various injuries was taken to a nearest hospital.
