ASTANA. KAZINFORM The first day of competitions among the swimmers came to end at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.
Kazakhstani Dmitry Balandin finished the fifth in his second semifinal (59.45).
Among all the semifinalists, Dmitry ranks the eighth and qualified for the men's 100m breaststroke final.
