ASTANA. June 15. KAZINFORM Workers of culture, art and science of the CIS have gathered for the International Forum "Eurasian Culture in the New World" in Astana to contribute to the revival of the Great Silk Road.
"Cultural integration is irreversible process, which needs 5 or 10 years for the full establishment," said movie director Ali Khamrayev from Uzbekistan in his interview on the sidelines of the Forum.
"Real revival of the Great Silk Road is underway now. Previously, the peoples of Central Asia had no time to trade, to develop cultural tights. They thought only how to earn a living for their children.
"Today Kazakhstan gives a bright example of a wonderful approach to the historical development," A. Khamrayev noted.
This forum is one more step to ensure that people in the arts, culture and science help Eurasian people to love and respect each other even more," A. Khamrayev concluded.
