Results of execution of national budget for 2011 positive

Minister of Finance Bolat Zhamishev and Chairman of the Accounts Committee Omarkhan Oksikbayev presented the reports. Member of the Majilis Committee for Finance and Budget Tatyana Yakovleva presented a co-report on the budget execution as well.

"The Committee for Finance and Budget positively appraises the results of execution of the national budget for 2011 by the Government of Kazakhstan and the report of the Accounts Committee for Control over the Execution of the Budget," Tatyana Yakovleva said at the session.

The conclusion of the Committee for Finance and Budget writes that during execution of the national budget for 2011 the Government ensured execution of the main macroeconomic indicators of socio-economic development of the country and instructions given by the President of Kazakhstan in his Addresses "New Decade - New Economic Growth, New Opportunities of Kazakhstan" and "We will build the future together".

The national budget for 2011-2013 was refined two times in 2011. These funds were allocated for implementation of the President's Address "We will build the future together" and for resolving a number of regional issues, implementation of activities in the social sphere, implementation of the State Program of Forced Industrial-Innovative Development, etc., the conclusion of the Committee writes.
