Rental price of 1 sq m of state housing to make KZT 1,000 - First Vice PM

ASTANA. August 14. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ First Vice Premier of Kazakhsatn Umirzak Shukeyev and members of Nur Otan NDP commission have surveyed the construction projects of Astana financed by SamrukKazyna National Welfare Fund.
"According to our calculations, rental price of 1 sq m will be around KZT 1, 000. Individuals and legal bodies have already started submitting their claims. If later renters of the flats would like to buy them, their prices will be same at which the Fund purchased these flats", U. Shukeyev said.
As is known, SamrukKazyna carries out funding and purchase of uncompleted construction projects in Astana and Almaty cities. State Real Estate Fund is expected to be established due to it.
