Rental housing to cost at least KZT 56 thousand per month in Kazakhstan
The First Deputy Prime Minister informed that it was planned to build and purchase from developers 29 thousand apartments within "Nurly Zhol" Program. "The average monthly payment for a rental apartment with the floor area of 50 sq meters with the future buyout will be around 56 thousand tenge, and not more than 28 thousand tenge for rental housing without an opportunity to buy it out later," he specified.
He also informed that large families, families with children with disabilities, repatriated Kazakhs, civil servants and representatives of budget organizations have preferential rights in distribution of apartments. Moreover, 50% of the housing will be distributed among young families.
