Rental housing in Mangystau rgn being built for more than KZT 1 bn

AKTAU. November 12. KAZINFORM - Rented accommodation in 5 districts of Mangistau region is being built to a KZT 1 billion 50 million. That's how much has been allocated from the national budget for construction of rental housing by the state program called "Affordable Housing 2020".

"In Munaylin area in the construction of rental housing have been invested 296.828 million tenge. Four 12-apartment houses were constructed in the village of Mangistau, a total area of 3.8 million square meters have already been put into operation. There are also construction works for two 24 -apartment residential buildings with a total area of 1.48 million square meters. The facility will be completed in 2014.

In Mangistau area the rental housing construction is to the amount of KZT226.010 mln. With these funds has been completed the construction of ten 4-apartment municipal houses in the village of Shetpe, with a total area of 2.92 thousand square meters. In November of this year these houses will be put into operation. In Karakiyan area for this purpose have been provided 98.464 million tenge, aimed at building a 4-storey communal house in the village of Munaishy with a total area of 1.6 thousand square meters", said the head of the construction directirate in Mangystau region Orak Ayapov.
