Rennie Harris Puremovement dance troupe to visit Astana

ASTANA. KAZINFORM The performance of Rennie Harris Puremovement will take place in Astana on May 25, 2014, on the square in front of the Astana Opera Theater at 19:00.
Rennie Harris Puremovement (RHPM) is a nonprofit hip hop dance company dedicated to the preservation of Hip Hop dance culture. Founded in 1992 by Guggenheim Fellow and North Philadelphia native Rennie Harris, Rennie Harris Puremovement (RHPM) was conceived with the vision for sharing an appreciation for diversity and is dedicated to preserving and disseminating hip-hop culture through workshops, classes, lecture-demonstrations, dance residencies, mentoring programs and public performances, the U.S. Embassy to Kazakhstan said.
