Renewable Energy Sector will create competitive market segment - Minister of Environment & Water Resources

ASTANA. December 4. KAZINFORM - Development of the renewable energy sources (RES) will create new promising competitive market segment, this has been announced by the Minister of Environment and Water Resources Nurlan Kapparov during the Investment Forum themed "Renewable Energy in Kazakhstan" held in Astana.
According to the Minister's words the establishment of renewable energy sector will contribute to the enhancement of local research and experimental developments and creation of new high-skilled jobs.
"For example, in Germany the RES sector employs 368,000 people. In the future, we think that other CIS countries will follow the green path of development, and Kazakhstan which start this way first will have a competitive advantage", concluded N.Kapparov.
