"Real Estate Register" State database - one of bases of Kazakhstan's information infrastructures

ASTANA. October 30. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Within the framework of the E-government formation state program for 2005-2007, which was approved by the Kazakh President's Decree as of November 10, 2004, there was created the Information system "State database "Real Estate Register". It was made publish at the fourth international conference "E-government's initiatives" with participation of Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov.
Creation of the "Real Estate Register" allowed to ensure the public accounting and registration of deeds in a unified information system of the authorized body.
State database "Real Estate Register" is one of the bases of the information infrastructure as an important instrument of conducting the state policy in the sphere of ensuring effective and rational use of land and other real estate, their engagement in the civil turnover and stimulation of the investment activity at the real estate market.
