Kazhydromet national weather service forecasts unstable weather in most areas of Kazakhstan on Wednesday, January 31, Kazinform News Agency reports.
Rain and snow are predicted across the country with heavy precipitation to hit mountainous areas.
Fog and ice-slick, strong wind and snowstorm are forecast as well.
