Public service started working after the repair in Astana

Changes in business processes of state service provision have been introduced in the modernized Public Service Center.

On the first floor there are working places for Connection Point and working places for issuance of registration certificate of the National certification center of the Republic of Kazakhstan, section for finished documents issuance, copying services and self-service terminals, as well as children's area, Beeline smart card reader stand, room for video messages from citizens to heads of state authorities, sanitary room for people with disabilities.

"For the sake of people's convenience, waiting area and limited service branch of the Halyk Bank have been transferred to the second floor, along with operating area for reception of citizens, and services in the line of documentation and registration of citizens", - they told astana.kz in Almaty district akimat of Astana city.
