Public Administration Academy, UNICEF signed memo of coop
In accordance with the document, the parties will create a data bank of socially disadvantaged children in Kazakhstan. For this purpose the experts of the Public Administration Academy and the UNICEF will develop a questionnaire which results will underlie the data bank. The project is expected to provide more detailed statistical data about the Kazakhstani children needing help.
The document was signed by Rector of the Academy Aryn Orsariyev and UNICEF Representative in Kazakhstan Hanaa Singer.
"We attach great importance to cooperation with this authoritative international organization which has been functioning in Kazakhstan for more than 18 years. We cooperate within joint research projects which are developed by our experts together with the UNICEF", A. Orsariyev said.
In turn, the UNICEF Representative in Kazakhstan Hanaa Singer thanked the Kazakh side for warm reception and expressed hope that the joint projects within the new Memorandum will be implemented soon.
"Cooperation with the scientific-research institutions of Kazakhstan is of great importance for us. We hope that our cooperation will let improve the quality of Kazakhstani children's life", Ms. Singer added.
