When checking the booster we detected faulty complex of command devices. In this regard, it will be necessary to remove the rocket from the launch complex, undock the booster unit and replace the defective device. The new launch date will be announced later, said the spokesman of the Russian Federal Space Agency. As Kazinform previously reported, Proton M/ Briz-M rocket carrying Astra 2G spacecraft launch was scheduled for November 28. European telecommunications spacecraft Astra 2G is designed by Airbus Defence at the commission of the satellite operator SES (Lyukskemburg). "Proton" heavy class carrier rocket is designed and produced by Federal State Unitary Enterprise "State Research and Production Space Center named after M.Khrunichev".
