Prosecutor's Office - Turkish nationals acquired forged docs to work in Kazakhstan
In examining the documents that served as the basis for attracting Turkish citizens to work in the country, it was found out that almost all of the documents were fake, the press service of Astana prosecutor's office informs.
Thus, in accordance with the "Rules and conditions of permits to foreign workers for employment and for employers to hire foreign workers" (approved by Government Decision as of 13.01.2012, № 45) there is a comprehensive list of documents provided by the employer to obtain a permit. One of the required documents are medical records and documents on education. The prosecution has identified falseness of the 10 medical records of foreign workers of «TROY Tech» LLP.
Along with fake certificates, there was the fact of a forged diploma of higher education of Kazakhstan given to a Turkish citizen Doğru Shaban. In spite of these circumstances, the Department gave the appropriate permissions to work for above 10 foreigners in Kazakhstan.
Given that the actions of unidentified persons are signs of criminal acts, the city prosecutor's office opened a criminal investigation into the use of falsified documents, namely the diploma. The criminal investigation charged the internal affairs with the case. Fake medical certificates have also been removed and sent to the prosecuting agency for further action. Currently the ploice officers have opened a crimibnal case on forged medical certificates, which is under investigation.The previously issued permits have been revoked and the Turkish citizens left the territory of our country.
