Projects without design and estimate documentation should not be included in budget: B.Zhamishev

ASTANA. February 2. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ "We must abandon inclusion of projects without design and estimate documentation to the state budget", Kazakh Minister of Finance Bolat Zhamishev said at the collegium of the Ministry.
The Minister said that the cost of investment projects of the same capacity and the same indexes may be different. According to B.Zhamishev, the main reason of it is that in accordance with the current budget legislation investment projects are included into the budget in case if they have a feasibility study and positive findings of the economic expertise. The design and estimate documentation is not necessary for it. The cost of the project increases in case it has the design and estimate documentation.
