Project on reforming tax administration of Kazakhstan enters implementation phase

ASTANA. February 21. KAZINFORM /Murat Zhakeyev/ The project on tax administration reforming in Kazakhstan has entered the implementation phase starting from today. Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Yerbol Orynbayev has made it public today.
According to him, the project is aimed at reforming and strengthening the tax administration of Kazakhstan, increasing voluntarily compliance with the tax legislation by taxpayers and promoting efficiency of measures to combat tax evasion.
The total cost of the project is USD 57 mln. The World Bank's loan totaled USD 17 mln out of it.
