Process on Kazakh language development is on rise - K.Saudabayev

KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ "The process on the Kazakh language development is on the rise, gaining support in the society", Kazakh Secretary of State - Minister of Foreign Affairs Kanat Saudabayev said at the sitting with participation of heads of the central and local executive bodies, representatives of the People's Assembly of Kazakhstan.
He noted that the state renders more support to the Kazakh language. A network of the Kazakh language centers functions in the country, at present it counts 64 facilities. In 2011 their number will reach 120. The Kazakh schools and kindergartens are opened.
"All these measures ensure the Kazakh language revival and expansion of the sphere of its application. This policy is aimed at implementing the President's statement that Kazakhstan's future lies in the Kazakh language", the Secretary of State emphasized.
