Problems of 193 Aktau housing investors to be solved in 2011

ASTANA. August 20. KAZINFORM Two new apartment-buildings 'Oasis' and 'Green Park ' have been put into service in Mangystau oblast. Governor of the region Krymbek Kusherbaev took part in the opening ceremony, the press service of the regional akimat informs.
According to the press service, in the first half of the year there were 12 housing projects with 770 housing investors.
A joint action agreement was signed between the akimat and developers for solving problems in shared construction.
The total number of housing investors on three finished facilities is 257 people, total number of apartments is 555.
One more apartment-building is planned to be put into service till the end of the year and restart the construction of one problem facility.
Thus the problems of 193 housing investors of 770 ones will be solved in 2011.
