Priorities of Kazakhstan's OIC chairmanship to be presented in Dushanbe - Kazak Foreign Ministry

ASTANA. May 11. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ Kazakh Secretary of State - Foreign Minister Kanat Saudabayev will present the main priorities of Kazakhstan's chairmanship in the Organization of the Islamic Conference at the 37th session of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers in Dushanbe on May 18-20. Press Secretary of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry Ilyas Omarov has made it public today at a briefing.
According to him, the coming session is an important event for Kazakhstan as long as it will join the Executive Committee of the OIC member states during the session and start participating in all significant events and development of documents of the Organization.
He also stressed that the forum will allow to discuss a wide range of issues of mutual interest at both bilateral and multilateral levels.
"The Kazakh side submitted topical proposals and initiatives to the resolution of the 37th session of the Council that were outlined in corresponding documents of the OIC", I.Omarov said.
