Prime Minister congratulated N. Nazarbayev on assuming office of Kazakhstan President

ASTANA. April 8. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Today at the last session of the Cabinet Prime Minister Karim Massimov has congratulated Nursultan Nazarbayev on taking the office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
"On behalf of all members of the Government I congratulate Nursultan Nazarbayev on his election victory and assuming the office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan", K. Massimov said.
Today Astana hosted the ceremony of inauguration of the re-elected President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev. In accordance with Article 70 of the country's Constitution, the Cabinet should resign after the President's inauguration. The Head of State considers the issue of accepting or rejecting the Government's resignation within ten days.
