ALMATY. February 27. KAZINFORM "All Iranian nuclear activities are conducted within the framework of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation, as it has been before". "Good opportunities and achievements of Iran in the nuclear field have led to these events. There are various discussions conducted regarding our local capacity. We were able to achieve great success in the use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes, and they (other participants in the talks - Ed.) see it as an achievement of status, an increase in the level of development ", said S. Jalili.

He also stressed that the Islamic Republic of Iran has always welcomed the talks. "Earlier, before coming to Almaty, I have said, that what can work against the success of the negotiations is putting pressure. Pressure to stop the development of Iran would be fruitless for negotiations. At the Moscow talks and the talks held in Almaty, we have proved that we were right, and that sanctions against Iran have caused stress in the last eight months, and put enormous pressure on Iran, and that is not only unproductive, but also prevents them from achieving success ", said S. Jalili.

Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran also added that the people on the other side of the table in the negotiation process may now realize that the best way is to change the strategy, leading a new path and choosing a new direction.

"In this round of talks we have seen that in spite of all the events that have taken place in the last eight months, they tried to get closer to our point of view. This is a change in the strategy, and the fact that based on a proper strategy they wish to continue the negotiations in order to give form and content. In this sense, we are considering that fact the starting point ", said S. Jalili.
